Orion Extensive Enterprises Community Charter

1) Remember that the Community comes first and that no one player is greater than the Community. More so, Real Life takes precedence over Game Life.

2) Respect is first and foremost; respect all players at all times. We will treat all others with respect at all times, remembering that we come from all walks of life and do not necessarily have the same thoughts or opinions as others. Keep your arguments civil at all times, and never personally attack anyone. You are a reflection of the Community anywhere you go. It is always better to take the high road and walk away than to get into a fight with anyone. Do not get into fights on any forum. Please report offensive content to the proper Administrators.

3) Keep your cool. Take what happens to you in stride, don’t get excited and throw a tantrum because things didn’t go your way. Laugh off your bad experiences and learn from your mistakes. Be open about other people’s ideas. Play with the spirit of a child and the wisdom and maturity of an adult. Try not to power level to the top; instead, enjoy the ride.

4) If someone makes a mistake, encourage them to do better and/or offer friendly advice and leadership. Never tear someone apart for making a mistake, no matter how foolish it was. If someone purposely causes a group wipe or something similar, bring it to the attention of an officer so that it may be dealt with.

5) Topics such as, but not limited to: Politics, Religion, Race, Sexual orientation, Abortion, Drugs etc; are not topics to be discussed during game time or here on the forums. Leave this stuff back in the real world where it belongs. There will be no prejudiced or racist remarks made about any players. Sexual harassment will not be tolerated at all. And please remember light jokes and humor are a part of what makes this fun; just be careful not to take it too far.

6) "Praise in Public, Dispute in Private" will be followed at all times. In-Game disputes will not leak over from your respective Corp., Clan and/or Guild into public forums, in-game or Ventrilo. If you have a problem with someone: a) Take it to the source first! If that doesn’t work b) take your problem to an officer, it will be dealt with and resolved.

7) Respect the decisions made by the Community/Corp./Guild/Clan Leadership. Community/Corp./Guild/Clan Leaders will do their best to be impartial in protecting and upholding the original concept of the Community/Corp./Guild/Clan, keeping fun at the forefront and enforcing the aforementioned rules to protect the OEE community. Do not obligate the Community/Corp./Guild/Clan or its Members to any action or cause which has not been condoned by the Community/Corp./Guild/Clan.

Cool Community Members are responsible for keeping themselves informed of changes and updates by regularly checking the forum. Visiting the forum for updates will keep you from being subject to the "Inactive Member Policy", described below, even if you do not post.

"Inactive Member Policy"

8a) Any "Community/Corp./Guild/Clan Member" who has been inactive for 30 days, without notice, will be placed on a temporary suspension (demoted to "Guest" status) with their access to private area of the forums removed. When you return, simply PM an Admin/Mod and your suspension will be lifted.

8b) Any "Guest" accounts that have been inactive for 60 days with 0 posts will be deleted.

8c) Any "Guest" accounts that have been inactive for 90 days may be deleted.

It is assumed as a Community Member that you will uphold any user agreements for any of the games you play while using OEE infustructure. OEE Administrators and Officers will not be responsible for policing your actions in any game, regarding game exploits which include cheating, use of third party programs and any other actions which might get your account suspended or banned.

We do assume that Community members will immediately report all potential or perceived exploits to the appropriate game developers and the Chapter Leader(s) of the game involved.

Failure to follow this Charter could result in your expulsion from the OEE Community, to include any or the organizations sponcered by OEE.
