In order to maintain a happy community where everyone can contribute and everyone will be heard, we've come up with a few ground rules that we need everyone to follow.
Basically, we're asking you to play nice: don't flame, respect your fellow posters, and don't do anything illegal. We will deal with rule violations by doing one or more of the following: editing posts, locking threads, deleting posts, deleting threads, warning forum members, and banning forum members.
The Official Forum Rules are:
1) While participating in the OEE Forums, you must respect the rights of others to participate in the community. To this end you may not harass, defraud, threaten or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other members. Displaying disrespect toward any OEE Comunity Member will not be tolerated, and is grounds for immediate expulsion from the OEE Community.
2) You may not use sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, overly abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language. Rule of thumb: Keep it clean on the public boards.
3) Creating new threads with the same topic as a thread which has previously been closed by the forum Moderators is not allowed.
4) You may not impersonate any OEE Comunity Member, any developer from any gaming company or distributor, past or present, or anyone else. This includes inappropriate use of avatars, marketing OEE merchandise, or using the OEE name without the permission of the Administrators.
5) English is the primary language of the OEE Forums.
6) You may not violate any local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
7) You may not market, promote, advertise or solicit within the OEE Forums without our permission.
8) You may not form or participate in groups whose ideology is based on or resembles religious / anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-sexual orientation, racist, or sexist philosophies. Please, no discussing politics or religion.
9) You may not distribute or spotlight harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive content.
10) The moderators of the OEE Forums have the authority to enforce these rules as necessary.
