In our search for a new forum, we were also looking to drop costs and raise capacity of our voice communications yet still retain the quality of our current Ventrilo server. Well, we did it. We found a new host for our Ventrilo.
On Wednesday 01/23, five days from today, we will be moving to our new host. Details like IP Address and Port Number will change and will be found in the "New Member" section of your organizations, GEE and RoSq respectively. Just re-read and follow the Ventrilo Set-Up Instructions. New user accounts may need to be made, so be prepared for set-up with an Admin.

Just because we will have some savings in expense does not mean that donations can end all together. Part of the reason we need to move is because donations have been low. Only about 25% of the members have donated over the year and a half we have been in operation. This is not good because Ventrilo is always in jeopardy of being shut down due to lack of funds, and yet all members use it. It is only due to the loyal donations of a few members and the creative find of an affiliate program that we still have Ventrilo at all.
All that is asked of every member is a $10 annual donation. Ventrilo is a service we all need for our operations and as we grow it becomes intrinsic to what we do.
